Job Responsibilities

Management of SOX 404 compliance program.
Implement Protiviti SOX Compliance Portal solution to manage process and ICFR risk assessment for FY2009 and beyond.
Coordinate with Staff to support development and execution of Internal Audit plans and programs.
Manage certain internal audit assignments as appropriate and necessary.

Requirements

BS in Accounting (MBA preferred) or equivalent
Minimum of 7-10 years progressive experience in internal audit with SOX 404 experience from inception of SOX requirements to date
At least one of the following certifications - CPA/CMA/CIA/CICA (or similar)
Manufacturing background/experience is a MUST
